PURPOSE:To execute easily and exactly the connection of a lead wire by using one sheet of a piezoelectric ceramic, and constituting a titled sensor so that the lead wire is connected to a frame. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric ceramic 17, a frame 18, an insulating plate 20 and a washer 21 are piled on the inside bottom face of a conductive housing 14, and they are assembled by passing a screw 22 through holes of these parts and screwing it into a screw hole 16 of the housing 14. When one end of a housing 23 whose terminal 24 is fixed to the bottom plate is inserted into the housing 14, one end of the terminal 24 comes into contact with the upper face of the frame 18. In this state, one end of the terminal 24 is welded to the upper face of the frame 18 and the side face of a projection 19 of the frame 18. The inside of the housing 14 is packed with a packing material 25 of a silicone rubber compound, and a cover 26 is welded to the opening part of the housing 14. The housing 14 is fixed to an engine through a screw part 15. The connection is executed easily and exactly since only one sheet of the piezoelectric ceramic 17 is used, and the terminal 24 is connected to the frame 18.
