A channel leading through a hole in the frame (3) has a fluid connection (4) on its inner side. It has a sealable fluid offtake (5) on its outer side. It may consist of pipes longer than the frame thickness inserted in the channel from one side and screwed etc. to the frame. If two pipes are inserted respectively from inside and outside the frame, these overlap fluid-tightly inside this, being here welded, screwed, bonded etc. together. A sleeve (10) can also be inserted in the channel, pulled forwards up to a narrow point (11) and fitted at its front with a water connection (12). The channel is ringed in plastics round its casing.
