1. A method for use in coil pipe operations such as e.g. drilling for oil/gas on shore or offshore, in which is used a coil pipe (12, 12') to be uncoiled from a rotatable drum (10) and to be coiled up thereon, the coiling/uncoiling being effected by means of a feeding device (14), characterized in that the coil pipe drum (10, 38) is placed in association with the feeding device (14, 16, 42, 44) without intermediate guide faces or the like that can deflect the coil pipe's (12, 12') directional course between drum (10, 38) and feeding device (14, 16, 42, 44), and that the coil pipe coil on the drum (10, 38) is positioned and aligned such in relation to a through-going passage (16) of said feeding device (14, 16, 42, 44) that an imaginary extension of said passage (16) extends substantially tangentially to the outer circumference of the coil pipe coil on the drum (10, 38), so that bending/ straightening strains acting on the coil pipe between drum and feeding device are reduced to one straightening upon uncoiling of the coil pipe respectively one bending upon coiling of the coil pipe. 2. A method as set forth in Claim 1, characterized in that the coil pipe drum (10, 38) is brought to rotate gradually about a horizontal axis (36) during coiling/uncoiling of the coil pipe (12, 12', 12"); in a direction towards the feeding device (14,16,42,44) upon uncoiling of the coil pipe and in a direction away from the feeding device upon coiling of the coil pipe, so that the tangential course of the imaginary extension of the through-going coil pipe passage (16) in relation to the outer circumference of the coil pipe coil on the drum (10, 38) is maintained at all times, irrespective of the diameter of- the coil pipe circumference at any point of time. 3. A method as set forth in Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the coil pipe drum (10,38) during the coil pipe's (12, 12') coiling/ uncoiling is set into lineary displacement movements to and fro in the direction of the axis thereof, in order to secure an even distribution of the coil pipe windings across the length of the central core (38) of the drum (10), on which the coil pipe (12, 12') is coiled and from which it is uncoiled. 4. A device for use in coil pipe operations, such as e.g. drilling for oil/gas on shore or offshore, comprising a coil pipe (12, 12') coiled up on a rotatable drum's (10) central core (38) which, at each end thereof is defined by a drum side wall having a larger diameter, and from which the coil pipe (12, 12') can be uncoiled and on which it can be coiled up, both operations effected by means of a feeding device (14) assigned thereto and disposed downstream in relation to the rotatable coil pipe drum (10, 38), characterized in that the drum (10, 38) preferably is placed on a rack (18) opposite the feeding device (14), the drum (10, 38) and the feeding device (14) being positioned and orientated such in relation to each other that an imaginary extension of the preferably through-going coil pipe passage (16) of the feeding device (14) extends substantially tangentially to the outermost circumference of the coil pipe coil on the drum (10, 38) at the time in question. 5. A device as set forth in Claim 4, characterized in that the coil pipe drum (10, 38) is movably disposed respectively is disposed on a movable rack part (34) of the rack (18) in relation to the feeding device (14). 6. A device as set forth in Claim 5, characterized in that the coil pipe drum (10,38) is pivotally disposed about a substantially horizontal axis (36) in relation to the feeding device (14). 7. A device as set forth in Claim 5 and 6, characterized in that the coil pipe drum (10, 38) is disposed displaceably to and fro in the direction of the axis (40) thereof in relation to the feeding device (14). 8. A device as set forth in Claim 4, characterized in that the rack (18) carrying the coil pipe drum (10, 38) and possibly the feeding device (14) is swingable about a horizontal axis (32) at a lower portion, and that the rack (18) is assigned a carriage (20) which, upon swinging of the rack (18) to an appoximately lying position, receives and forms a support to the side walls of the coil pipe drum (10, 38), the rack (18) together with the drum (10, 38) and, possibly, the feeding device (14), in this approximately lying position, occupying an inoperative position of readiness, from which the rack (18) can be swung up about said horizontal axis (32) in order to, in a vertically upright position, to bring the drum (10, 38) and possibly the feeding device (14) into the operative positions thereof in relation to a bore hole or the like.
