PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for operating medals which offers users services, prizes or the like according to a common value regardless of the medals obtained from any amusing center by converting the medals obtained at the amusing center to chips for granting the common value. SOLUTION: Medals to be deposited by users are counted with a medal counter 5 and the data of the medals deposited is converted to a chip data with a data conversion terminal 4. The server 3 at the amusing center stores users' information and the medal data while transmitting the chip data converted with the data conversion terminal 4 to the server 2 at the service center, which the server 2 manages the users' information and the chip data per user.
