PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a (meth)acrylic compound, comprising the catalytic gas phase oxidation of a raw material-mixed gas, by which the change in the composition of the raw material-mixed gas, an abnormal temperature rise in an oxidation reactor, and the deterioration in the activity and life of a catalyst can be prevented to stably and efficiently produce the (meth)acrylic acid compound. SOLUTION: This method for applying a catalytic gas phase oxidation reaction to the raw material-mixed gas, especially propylene, propane or isobutylene, in the oxidation reactor to produce the (meth)acrolein or (meth)acrylic acid is characterized by maintaining the temperature of the raw material-mixed gas introduced into the oxidation reactor to a higher temperature than the dew point temperature of the raw material-mixed gas.
