PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and light revolving light which does not cause a noise. SOLUTION: This revolving light is provided with a light source part 1 fixed in a light flux rotation center and a plurality of light control function parts 3 turned to the light source part 1 by using a light control mirror 2 provided with light control function parts 3 capable of switching a light transmission surface condition and a reflecting surface condition and arranged and fixed to surround the light source part 1 by about 360 degrees, and connected with a control/driving means 4 switching the light control function parts 3 into the light transmission surface condition and the reflecting surface condition sequentially in a direction in which the light flux rotates.
