<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of composing plural pieces of image data with ease and without mistakes. <P>SOLUTION: A page selection part 404 selects a page to identify a position of composing composite image data selected from image data stored in a data storage part 401, in image-to-be-processed data selected from image data stored in the data storage part 401. An image-to-be-processed recognition part 405 recognizes the end portion of the page just before the composing position designated via the page selection part 404 or a leading portion of the page just after the composing position, in the image-to-be-processed data. A determination part 406 determines whether the end portion or the leading portion recognized by the image-to-be-processed recognition part 405 satisfies a previously designated condition. When the designated condition is not satisfied, a notification part 407 issues an alarm.
