A solar power generating system is disclosed. The solar power generating system includes: a photovoltaic array including a plurality of partial arrays which are allocated to generate power of each phase to provide a 3-phase power to a system; a plurality of PA (partial array) management modules which are allocated and electrically connected to each of the plurality of the partial arrays, respectively: and a control module to provide an instruction signal for controlling a DC side voltage to each of the PA management modules.
