- <p>The plough (1) has a frame (2) which is a mechanical oscillation generator (7) driven by a shaft (8) connected to the tractor drive and which can be linked by a universal joint (9) to the mechanical vibrator (7). To keep the energy requirements of the vibration as low as possible, the vibrator can be as near as possible to the plough shares (3). The connections (10) between the plough shares and the frame can be such that the plough shares are vibrated and not the whole frame. For this, each plough share has a preferably pneumatic vibrator.</p>
