摘要：: <p>A compsn. which can be stored in absence of water and cross-linked in presence of water at room temp., to give an elastomer, contains (a) a diorganopolysiloxane with reactive end-gps., (b) an Si cpd. with is not 1 N atom and is not 3 hydrolysable gps., (c) a reinforcing filler, and (d) is not 1 cpd. of formula RaNA3-a, where R is H or a (substd.) hydrocarbon gp, more esp. a 6-18C hydrocarbon gp.; A is - (CHR1)nO mR2, in which R1 is H or alkyl (pref.H and/or CH3); R2 is H (pref.), or a (cyclo)alkyl, aryl, acyl, triorganosilyl or diorganoalkoxysilyl residue; n = 2-5 (2); m = 2-50 (2-25); and a = 0-2. The compsn. is used in sealing joints, esp. vertical joints, e.g. of width 10-15 mm, as insulation for electrical conductors, and for coating substrates such as metals, stone, (un)woven textiles and paper. The elastomer has lower tension under elongation.</p>
