- <p>The carrier-wave supply system has a double pushpull modulator receiving the signal via a multi-stage differential amplifier and the carrier wave via a single-stage differential amplifier. The single-stage diff. ampflifier's input is connected to a fixed positive and a fixed negative potential. The outputs of the pushpull stages are fed back to the inputs. The emitter currents of both the multistage diff. amplifier's output stages can be disconnected from an external terminal. This latter amplifier's transistors have their own emitter resistors.</p>
