- <p>The base reservoir collects wash water from sinks and baths, the only impurities being soap and soap dissolved material, and the water is sterilised and decanted in this reservoir. The top reservoir is supplied by the base reservoir via a pump and pipe when a float sinks onto contacts, the water in this tank being used as a toilet flush. Top and bottom reservoirs have safety overflows leading to the exterior drains and the bottom reservoir is periodically emptied and cleaned via the base valve using the fresh water inlet and ball valve.</p>
