- <p>The closed heat-pump system uses a deep-freezer as the heat pump, together with mains water delivered by a pump. Since the water is kept in motion, it does not freeze at 0 deg.C, and can be cooled by up to 15 deg. C. Heat generated is dissipated to the surroundings by the compressor with the aid of a fan, for room heating.</p>
