<p>The heat-exchange system dissipates heat from high-security premises sealed off from the ambient air, particularly storage premises for spent radioactive fuel elements continuously generating heat. Fixed in the walls (3) of the storerooms (4) adjacent to the ambient air are tubular gastight and radiation-proof sleeves (7) protruding into the rooms. Heater tubes (10) are inserted coaxially in the sleeves, being in heat-conductive contact with them. The sleeves and the inner tube ends protrude into one current (B) of a heat- transfer medium directed along conduits, and their outer ends (11) into another (A), to give a convection effect.</p>
