- PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of noises by the vibration of an iron core by a method wherein an iron core is clamped under pressurized condition. CONSTITUTION:A film 5 is fitted on an iron core 1 where a coil 2 is wound, and the bobbin 3 of the coil 2 is mounted at the outside circumference of the film 5. After that, the bobbin 3 is pressurized to arrow directions from the outside circumfernce of the coil 2 with pressing metal fittings 6-9. The inside of the bobbin 3 is closely contacted with the outside of the iron core 1 by pressurization. Thus, the gap between the bobbin 3 and the iron core 1, is removed, the iron core 1 is pressurized, each steel plate is closely contacted. The film 5 is heated at the same time of pressurization. Heating may be done by heating the coil 2, for example. The film 5 is contracted by heating. Therefore, the iron core 1 is clamped by the contracted film 5 under said pressurization. In this way, the condition of presurizing and closely contacting each steel plate of the iron core 1 is maintained. After sufficiently contracting the film 5, pressurization by the pressing metal fittings 6-9 is released.
