PURPOSE:To improve the universal usability of a captioned device by building a final reduction gear unit, a differential gear unit, and a reverse gear unit to which the power of a power unit is transmitted in a single case for facilitating the change of design in accordance with the sort and the capacity of a car. CONSTITUTION:Output ends 6' and 7' of a counter shaft 6 and a drive shaft 7 of a speed-change gear TM are projected to the outside of a crank case 1 to be equipped with a reverse drive gear 8 and a reverse driven gear 10 constructing a reverse gear unit. The output end 7' is fitted with a final dirve gear 11, which constructs a final reduction gear unit together with a final idle gear 12 and a final driven gear 13. The revolution of the gear 13 is transmitted to a rear axle 15 via a differential gear unit 14. The above-said gear units for reverse, final reducton and differential are built in one sub-case 2 to be applicable to other power units as a single unit.
