- PURPOSE:To obtain an always correct blood sedimentation value with any specimen by constituting a device in such a way that an alarm is sounded when the blood sedimentation value in a set time exceeds a set value. CONSTITUTION:An automatic measuring device for blood segimentation identifies the number of, for example, >=80mm. in blood sedimentation value and emits an alarm by processing the output signal from the photodetector group 206 of an image sensor 205 by using device 209 for driving the image sensor and processing data including a microcomputer, etc. The pilot lamp of the corresponding number among the pilot lamp group 211 for position number is flickered at the same instant. The always correct blood sedimentation value is obtd. with any specimen according to such constitution.
