PURPOSE:To increase the transmission capability of a system without restricting data form of information to be transmitted by providing the 1st transmission means transmitting a control data for information transmission and the 2nd transmission means transmitting information according to the said control data. CONSTITUTION:The control data required for information transmission is transmitted on a transmission line 11 and the information is transmitted on a transmission line 12. Each station is connected to the transmission line 11 with a transmission line interface IF14. The information is outputted and inputted to the transmission line 12 via a switch circuit 17 from a device 18. The transmission of information is controlled simply by the ON/OFF of the switch circuit 17. One of control instructions representing the utilizing state of the transmission line 12 is an occupancy instruction of the transmission line 12, and a station giving this instruction occupies the transmission line 12 and transmits information afterward. The other one is an occupancy release instruction, which is outputted when the said information transmission is finished. The two control instructions are documented to all stations. The CPU15 supervises always this state and when a station occupies the transmission line 12, other stations are inhibited for the transmission of the occupancy instruction.
