PURPOSE:To prolong the service life of a bellows by installing a getter for the volatile impurities such as moisture between the layers of the multilayered bellows. CONSTITUTION:A bellows 10 is constituted of an inner-layer bellows 11, outer- layer bellows 12, piping parts 13 installed at the edge parts of the both bellows and a getter 14 arranged between the layers of the both bellows. The getter 14 combines with the volatile impurities such as moisture at a high temperature over 300 deg.C and transforms into a stable solid, and the metal such as titanium and zirconium is suitable. Since the gasification of volatile impurities can be prevented by the action of the getter 14, the rise of the internal pressure between layers can be prevented, and a long service life can be secured.
