PURPOSE:To save energy when a pressure switch is turned off, a flow rate switch is turned on and an electric current stronger than a specified value is flowing in a main coil, by applying a current continuously to an auxiliary coil and applying a current to a main coil by phase control. CONSTITUTION:When a pressure switch 18 is turned off, a flow rate switch 19 is turned on, and an output is present in a current detection circuit 31, a main coil is phase-controlled by means of a first switching circuit 5. And a second switching circuit 6 is made to be continuously turned on to apply a current continuously to an auxiliary circuit. This makes power consumption commensurate with flow rates, saving considerable amount of energy.
