摘要：: <p>The invention concerns a process and device for carrying out a treatment for modifying the structure of waste foodstuffs, oils, fats and organic matter contained in an effluent with a view to recycling them or eliminating the risks of nuisances and pollution. A tank (9) has an incorporated immersed turbo-grinding pump (I) which supplies a circuit (2) at the end of which a diffused-air aerator (3) is mounted. An evacuation circuit (4) transfers the treated mixture to the tank (15). A chemical solution (5) is injected by a pump (6). A biological solution (7) is injected by a pump, and the two solutions are mixed in the receiving tank (9). An agitation and evacuation pump (10) comprising a circuit (II) has a diffused-air aerator (12) and a double evacuation pipe (13 and 14) mounted at the end of its circuit. This by-pass system functions in the tank (15). The various operations are programmed in an electric control and automation cubicle (16). A system of safety contactors (17) ensures emptying of the tank in the event of failure of the hydraulic valve control (18). The device according to the invention is particularly suited to the fractional or continuous treatment of the sludge in grease traps, effluents from the agricultural foodstuffs industry, restaurants, purification plants, and sealed pits.</p>
