PURPOSE:To enable highly accurate positioning by providing means for performing positioning in two directions in vertical surface and in rotary direction around a vertical axis onto a load table, then detecting shift between a predetermined stop position and an actual stop position and obtaining a correcting amount of positioning. CONSTITUTION:A load table 4 to be arranged above the machine frame 1 of a carrying vehicle is supported through means (5x, 5y, 5theta), arranged in central section, for performing positioning in advancing direction of machine body, in perpendicular direction to the advancing direction and rotary direction around the vertical axis of the machine body 1. Optical sensors 7a, 7b comprising industrial TV cameras and the like are arranged in central front and rear of the machine body 1, and the stop position of the machine body 1 is detected through photographs of a positioning mark 8 on the floor face 9 taken by means of the sensors 7a, 7b. Moving amounts in three directions, i.e. positioning correcting values, are calculated based on a detected shift between the carrying vehicle and the positioning mark 8, then respective positioning means 5 are controlled according to the calculation results.
