PURPOSE:To realize a polymer-dispersed liquid crystal film in which liquid crystal material is not deposited on the film surface even at a high temperature and its manufacture. CONSTITUTION:A liquid crystal film is formed of liquid crystal material in which drops of liquid crystal dispersed in a polymer matrix are polymerized by light, ultraviolet or ionization radioactive ray. In manufacturing the liquid crystal film, the drops are formed by dispersing polymerization available liquid crystal forming material in the polymer matrix to polymerize the liquid crystal forming material by using light, ultraviolet or ionization radioactive ray.
