摘要：

PURPOSE:To obtain an aqueous dispersion useful for coating compound, etc., having excellent adhesiveness without using an organic solvent by forming a specific chlorinated PP and a prescribed propylene-alpha-olefin copolymer in a specific ratio into a dispersion in water under a given condition. CONSTITUTION:(A) 70-98wt.% of a carboxyl group-containing chlorinated PP having 10-60 acid value and 15-35wt.% chlorine content is mixed with (B) 30-2wt.% of a carboxyl group-containing propylene-alpha-olefin copolymer having 2,000-20,000 number-average molecular weight and 30-150 acid value and blended with a nonionic surfactant and 0.4-1.5 chemical equivalent of a basic substance based on carboxyl group in a melt state, the blend is mixed with water and a dispersion is formed in water to give the objective aqueous dispersion.
