PURPOSE:To provide a device for stimulating organismic function along a bio-spectral structure for performing psychological inducement, ability development, sleep inducement or the like more effectively by forming a signal generation circuit having a self-similarity spectral structure for organismic reaction covering a frequency band having a specific frequency value. CONSTITUTION:An oscillation circuit 11 generates a frequency between 4.86 and 9.9Hz, and another oscillation circuit 12 generates a frequency between 268 and 546Hz. Furthermore, an oscillation circuit 13 generates a frequency between 4.52X10<5> and 9.2X10<5>Hz. An oscillation circuit 14 generates a frequency between 268 and 564Hz, but this frequency is later converted to a value between 3.85X10<14> and 7.89X10<14>Hz. In addition, adders 5 to 8 receive a sawtooth waveform signal from a sawtooth waveform generator 15, a 1/f fluctuation signal from a 1/f fluctuation generator 16 and a constant signal from a potentiometer, and outputs a resultant signal to the circuits 11 to 14. Oscillation output signals are controlled in amplitude with output signals from frequency control signal generators 5 to 8 and, then, enter amplifiers 22 to 25 and power amplifiers circuits 32 and 34 for conversion to an electromagnetic wave, a sound wave, a ultrasonic wave and light as final output signals.
