摘要：: <p>When an arm having a plurality of arm members and used for an actuator of a disk apparatus is produced, the arm members are simultaneously and integrally formed by injection molding of a thermoplastic resin. A molten resin is packed into cavities corresponding to a plurality of arm members concurrently and in parallel. To this end, a common spool and a resin connecting portion represented by each runner are disposed between the arm members. To pack the molten resin concurrently and in parallel, the thermoplastic resin is injected from the position of the distal end of each arm member when injection molding is carried out. In an intermediate produce during the production of the arm, the resin connecting portion is disposed at at least one position between a plurality of resin arm members. After this intermediate produce is heat-treated, the arm can be obtained by removing the resin connecting portion, too.</p>
