<p>PURPOSE: To reduce part items without manufacturing roof units to be installed on respective roofs and to facilitate manufacture and storage. CONSTITUTION: Roof structure is constituted of a sectionally pentagonal special unit 2 consisting of an upper surface formed of a flat part 5 which is roughly one half of gable side length of a standard building unit and a sloped part 51, pillars 21, 21 and a floor beam, a roof unit 4 consisting of a sectionally triangle support part 48 having a lower surface 46 which is roughly one half of the gable side length of the standard building unit and an eaves 6, and a roof member 9. The roof unit 4 is installed on the special building unit 2, and the roof member 9 is installed on the front end of the eaves 6. Consequently, it is possible to install the roof unit 4 even on the special building unit 2 and on a sub building unit the gable side length of which is roughly one half.</p>
