PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a multi-layered noodle belt producing machine for forming the noodle belt from a dough by using a screw extruder, conducting a continuous work from beginning to end thereof, forming the multi-layered noodle belts at the final point, capable of easily producing different types of the noodle belts rich in variety as desired, easy in operation and capable of saving work. SOLUTION: This multi-layered noodle belt producing machine is equipped with an agitator 5 for agitating a raw material flour, a flour tank 4 having a built-in feeder 6 for discharging the raw material flour, a mixer 3 for preparing a raw material for the noodle belt by adding water or a mixed liquid to the raw material flour discharged from the flour tank 4 and mulling the mixture, a screw extruder 2 for extruding the raw material for the noodle belts discharged from the mixer 3 by applying a compressing force, and plural nozzle parts 7A, 7B, 7C for receiving the raw material for the noodle belts and forming the multi-layered noodle belts at the discharging port of the extruder 2.
