PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure for fixing a pipe for a float switch to a board. SOLUTION: A fixing ring 51 is fitted to the fixing groove 50 of a guiding pipe 45. On the lower surface of the recessed part 38 of a lid 32, a housing part 52 for housing the ring 51 rising formed and on its upper surface, a deflection stopping cylinder part 53 to which a guiding pipe 45 is tightly fitted is projectingly formed. A pressing board 54 forming a U-shaped groove 55 at its one end and a screw hole 56 at the other end is provided. The upper end of the pipe 45 fitted to the ring 51 is inserted to the part 53 from its lower surface side and insertion is stopped when the ring 51 comes into contact with the ceiling of the part 52. The board 54 is inserted from a side to the lower surface side of the part 52 like inserting the pipe 45 in the groove 55 and a screw 59 put through the insertion hole 58 of the part 38 is screwed to the hole 56 of the board 54 to fasten to fix the board 54 to fix the pipe 45 to the lower surface of the lid 32 in a drooping state.
