摘要：: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing tool for substance adhered on a painting surface capable of polishing the painting surface easily without causing unevenness in polishing greatly in a short time. SOLUTION: This removing tool for adhered substance is provided with a drive source, a base 3 rotated by this drive source, a holder member 5 which is detachably fixed on the base 3 and rotates together with the base 3, and a claylike component for polishing 8 which is detachably fixed on the holder member 5 and rotates together with the base 3 and the holder member 5. The holder member 5 is formed of a soft elastic material and has a recessed part 6 for holding the calylike component for polishing at the center thereof. This claylike component for polishing is formed by mixing minute particles for polishing into a plastic soft basic material like clay and is formed at a smaller thickness than a depth of the recessed part 6.
