PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of projection of a fuel injection valve from a vehicular engine to enhance reliability regarding the mounting of the fuel injection valve in the fuel injection device of the vehicular engine in which an intake pipe having first and second straight pipe parts and a curved pipe part connecting the straight pipe parts together is connected to a cylinder head and in which the fuel injection valve is sandwiched between the intake pipe and a mounting member fastened to the intake pipe. SOLUTION: A receiving seat 90 for receiving a fuel injection valve 861 is provided in the portion of an intake pipe 811 closer to an intake port 331 than to a straight line 91 connecting the intersection point Pc2 between first and second centerlines CL1, CL2 to the center of curvature Cc of a curved pipe part 85. Fastening seats 94, 95 for fastening a mounting member 871 are provided on the intake pipe 811 at a position where the straight line 91 is sandwiched between them and the receiving seat 90, the receiving seat 90 and the fastening seats 94, 95 being formed parallel to one another.
