- PURPOSE: A monitoring system is provided to protect passengers for an emergency state in a vehicle room by tracking a vehicle with a satellite communication. CONSTITUTION: A video tape recorder and a camera automatically work whenever passengers get on and off or continuously. A driver pushes an emergency switch as needed. Then a data is transmitted to a satellite in a moment of being photographed. The data is automatically managed and recorded by a computer of a complex relay management station. When the analyzed data is considered as an urgent situation, the relay station traces the vehicle and requires the police to check the vehicle.
