PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording head capable of improving the response of the output voltage with respect to temperature change with a simple circuit, measuring the temperature with a good sensitivity at a low cost, and preventing image quality deterioration due to temperature change. SOLUTION: One side of a first temperature sensor 11 is connected with a pull-up resistor 12, and the other side is grounded. The other side of the pull-up resistor 12 is connected with a power source line. The contact point of the first temperature sensor 11 and the pull-up resistor 12 is connected with the gate of an nMOS transistor 13. One of the source and the drain of the nMOS transistor 13 is grounded, and the other is connected with a second temperature sensor 14. The other side of the second temperature sensor 14 is connected with the power source line. The voltage Vout2 of the contact point of the second temperature sensor 14 and the nMOS transistor 13 is taken out as the temperature sensing result. These elements are formed on a silicon substrate comprising a recording head.
