摘要：: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain brighter display when a reflection and transmission combination type liquid crystal display device is used as a reflection type. SOLUTION: The reflection and transmission combination plate 11 has a base plate 21 made of a transparent resin film. Many minute recesses 22 each in a concave mirror form are formed on the surface of the base plate 21. A reflection film 23 such as aluminum is formed on the inner face of each recess 22. An adhesive layer 24 is applied on the surface of the base plate 21. The reflection and transmission combination plate 11 is stuck to the back face of a liquid crystal display panel 1 through the adhesive layer 24. A back light 5 is disposed on the back face of the reflection and transmission combination plate 11.
