- PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a comprehensive and free file name is difficult to be given to a file since naming restriction of the file exists, file names, etc., of application and a system are not always comprehensive since the file names are predetermined in the conventional file managing device, and furthermore, even file names created by users themselves are difficult to memorize since file names which can be used by each user are restricted in a shared computer. SOLUTION: To solve the problems, correspondence tables between actual file name and file names added to them by users are provided to each user so that each user can add optional names to any file. File information registered by a user himself/herself is automatically referred to and the applicable file can be accessed by specifying the file name added by him/her when the file is to be accessed.
