PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the fitting of a bolt detent, and to prevent the bolt detent from coming off. SOLUTION: This bolt detent 1 is a bent plate of U-shaped section so as to be fitted to a stay 11, a locking part 4 for locking a head part 16 of a bolt 13 is formed on one surface 2, and an oblong hole 6 for inserting a shaft part 15 of the bolt 13 is formed a surface 3 on the facing side. When a soundproof panel 12 is fitted to the stay 11, a nut 17 is tightened to the shaft part 15 of the bolt 13. Since the head part 16 of the bolt 13 is locked to an inner surface 4a of the locking part 4 of the bolt detent 1, the bolt 3 is not turned together with the nut 17.
