PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve a lubricating oil smoothly to an oil supply chamber. SOLUTION: A scroll compressor is equipped with an upper balancer 16 furnished with a cover part on the oversurface of the rotor 10a of a motor 10 and also a lower balancer 18 furnished with a cover part on the undersurface, wherein a return passage 17 for the lubricating oil is bored for communicating the oversurface of the rotor 10a to its undersurface, and the bottom of a main frame 7 is extended to form an extension part 7b, and a sub-frame 13 to partition the space into a motor chamber 4 and the oil supply chamber 6 is equipped upright with a cover part 13a and also with a communication passage 13b.
