- PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for irradiating an active energy ray to an object to be irradiated when an atmosphere of an inert gas is needed for the irradiation in an irradiation chamber. An airflow resistance at the carrying entrance is controlled in a way that X/Y>=1 if an air volume passing at the carrying entrance = X and an air volume passing at the carrying exit = Y.
