Additionally, a skirt guard 5 is arranged to the side of the conveyor belt 12 rather than the handrail 2 by fixing it on the main frame 1, one side of the internal deck 19 is held on a base part 13 of the handrail 2 and the other side is overlapped on an upper edge part surface of the skirt guard 5 from the side of the conveyor belt 12. Thereafter, a clip piece 21 is arranged in the internal deck 19, the upper side is overlapped on a bent part 20 of the internal deck 19, and the lower side is overlapped on an upper edge part of the skirt guard 5. In this state, a fastener 23 is inserted into the internal deck 19 from the side of the conveyor belt 12 and screwed in the clip piece 21, and the skirt guard 5 is sandwiched and pressurized by the internal deck 19 and the clip piece 21.
