PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient welding joint reducing remaining stresses of a welding part by simple operation, and capable of preventing delayed fracture, in conducting welding of the welding joint high in a constraining degree. SOLUTION: In the welding joint, a base material to be joined is made of at least one material out of carbon steel and alloy steel, and the constraining degree is 5000 (N/mm.mm) or more. As a welding material, low carbon austenete-based stainless steel is used.
