- PURPOSE: A system for coping with an emergent situation by using a GPS is provided to comprise a predetermined key button for delivering an emergent message in a mobile communication terminal using a GPS, and to deliver the emergent message and location information of the mobile communication terminal to a place preset by a user when the key button is pressed, thereby automatically perceiving an exact position of a victim. CONSTITUTION: A GPS antenna(210) receives GPS propagations including GPS data signals from many GPS artificial satellites. A GPS receiver(220) receives the GPS data signals, and operates position coordinates including longitude and latitude. A key input unit(230) comprises a predetermined key button for inputting rescue data and many key buttons. A data storage(260) stores a telephone number of a receiver terminal to which a rescue signal is transmitted. A message storage(250) stores a rescue message to be included in the rescue signal. A controller(200) inputs the rescue data, reads the telephone number and the rescue message, loads the read number and the message into the rescue signal with the position coordinates, and transmits the rescue signal with the position coordinates to the receiver terminal.
