PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel supporting leg for a double floor capable of easily adjusting a change of an underfloor space of a free access floor over a wide range. SOLUTION: A lower step sleeve B<SB>1</SB>provided to a strike plate A, an intermediate sleeve B<SB>2</SB>and an upper step sleeve B<SB>3</SB>provided to a floor panel supporting seat plate C are constructed in a connectable manner by fit sections b<SB>1</SB>, b<SB>2</SB>, b<SB>3</SB>and b<SB>4</SB>with a stepped insertion of a sleeve opening. The panel supporting leg for a wider underfloor space is obtained by connecting the sleeves B<SB>1</SB>, B<SB>2</SB>and B<SB>3</SB>with the fit sections.
