摘要：: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an optical disk manufacturing system manufacturing an optical disk in which it is prevented that a program or data duplicated positively is used in a computer (e.g. installed), and an optical disk including protection signal in a protection signal inserting device used for this system. SOLUTION: In a protection optical disk manufacturing system, a protection signal inserting device 2 is arranged between a signal processing device 1 generating user data meeting to standard of an optical disk based on the user data and a cutting device 4. User data including a sector in which the protect signal is to be recorded is given to the signal processing device 1. The protection signal inserting device 2 inserts a protection signal to at least one part of the sector in which the protection signal in the user data outputted from the signal processing device is to be recorded. A stamper 6 including data indicating the protection signal is manufactured in the cutting device 4 based on user data including the protection signal outputted from the protection signal inserting device 2.
