PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a conductive elastic member which has the decreased variations in the position of electric resistance, is less fluctuated in the electric resistance by dependence on an impressed voltage and environment change and is adequate as a middle-resistance elastic roller by using a conductive material contg. polyurethane foam and an electrical conductivity imparting agent consisting of a quaternary ammonium salt. SOLUTION: This conductive elastic member is formed by using the conductive material contg. (A) the polyurethane foam obtd. by using polyester polyol as a polyol component and (B) the electrical conductivity imparting agent consisting of the quaternary ammonium salt. The quaternary ammonium salt of such conductive material may be a combination of >=2 kinds of the quaternary ammonium salts and the compounding ratio thereof is preferably 0.001 to 5 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. polyurethane foam of the component (A) in such a manner that, for example, the specific volume resistivity of the resulted conductive material attains about 10MΩ.cm particularly at an impressed voltage of 1000V.
