<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a motor and a compressor section from being overheated with the flow of lubricating oil by sufficiently lubricating both of them, in a scroll type compressor having the built-in motor. <P>SOLUTION: This scroll type compressor comprises a motor 2 in the upper part of a sealed housing 1 and the scroll type compressor section 3 in the lower part. A back pressure chamber including an opening 15 of a partition wall 9 is formed on the upper surface of an end plate section 21 of a turning scroll 20. The lubricating oil contained in the fluid pressurized and delivered to a deliver chamber 32 is separated by an oil separator 34, and accumulates in an oil storage section 36 in a delivering pressure applying state. The accumulating lubricating oil is pressed up and released to an upper space 13 through a throttle element 37 and an oil feeding pipe 38 by the pressure of itself without using a pump or the like, is made to flow down by gravity, lubricates the inside of the motor 2 and a bearing, and then accumulates in the back pressure chamber. The pressure is adjusted by a back pressure control valve 42, and the oil flows from a suction chamber 12 into a working chamber 28 and lubricates them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
