<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power controller which can perform reboot processing by operation of a power switch. <P>SOLUTION: If a control signal showing that the power switch SW1 has been operated is inputted to the power control input IN of a control microcomputer 1, the on/off processing of a power supply 4 is performed by the control microcomputer 1. Even if the power source is turned off (standby state), a microcomputer power source 5 supplies power to the control microcomputer 1. By supply electric power from the power supply 4 and the control signal, a delay signal obtained by temporally delaying the control signal is generated in a delay circuit 3.
