- PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional organic phosphorus compound having both a function as a flame-retardant and a function as a crosslinking agent for organic polymer compounds which are useful as a raw material for organic synthesis, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The functional organic phosphorus compound is represented by formula 1 (wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a 4-allyloxyphenyl group, a 4-methallyloxyphenyl group or the like; R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>may be the same or different and each an allyl group, a methallyl group or the like; and n is 0 or 1), is nonhydrolyzable, and has three unsaturated groups in the molecule.
