SOLUTION: This air conditioner exhaust air cooling device comprises a cooling member composed of a material having a water absorbing property, and the air conditioner outdoor unit cover having an air exhaust passage through which the air conditioner exhaust air passes, and a water introduction passage for supplying the water to the cooling member, and the cooling member is attached to the air conditioner outdoor unit cover in a state of being exposed to the air conditioner exhaust air passing through the exhaust passage.
