A computer module is provided to perform smooth heat dissipation by preventing working fluid from being frozen even in sub-zero environment and to prevent the working fluid from giving damage to an electronic circuit or element by enabling the working fluid to be changed into gas immediately if the working fluid is leaked according as coolant or super conduction fluid is used as the working fluid. A computer module includes housing(3), a heat absorption unit(4), and a piping unit(5). The housing includes covers(31) which forms a condenser chamber(32) wherein the condenser chamber has an entrance(321) and an exit(322) arranged under the entrance. The heat absorption unit, arranged within the housing, has main bodies of cavities(41,42,43) in contact with a heat source(6) and working fluid(40) accommodated in the cavities. The piping unit hydro-mechanically connects the condenser chamber to the heat absorption unit for making the working fluid circulated from the condenser chamber to the heat absorption unit by using gravity, and circulated from the heat absorption unit to the condenser chamber by using convection. The piping unit forms a closed type circulation loop with the heat absorption unit and the condenser chamber.
