<p>The wheelchair comprises a seat portion (100), movable with respect to a lower portion (200) of the chair, by means of a coupling mechanism which comprises at least two arms (1, 1') which, in order to lift the seat, rotate in opposite directions. Each arm can pivot with respect to the lower portion (200) and the angular positions of the arms (1, 1') with respect to the coupling points thereof (1A, 1A') to the lower portion (200) determine both the height position and the inclination position of the seat portion (100) with respect to the lower portion (200).</p>
